Yes. Send photos of each room and the yard for a quote, and we keep you updated throughout, with clear reporting for the estate.
What if there are things we want to keep?
You give us a keep-list and decide what stays. We clear and prepare the property around it.
Do you handle the electrical certificate for sale?
Yes, in house. Residential properties sold in WA generally need compliant RCDs and smoke alarms in place. Our licensed electrician (EC13715) completes the checks, compliance work and certificate.
What does it cost?
Every property is different: size, how full it is, access and the state of the garden. We visit or review your photos and give you a clear quote before you commit. The assessment is free. Pay at settlement is available through Property Credit, terms apply.
Do you work with agents, executors and solicitors?
Yes. We assess vendor properties for agents and work directly with executors and solicitors, and you receive one invoice.
